Why do you focus on brain health? Your brain controls everything! This includes your mood, organ and body function, cognition, memory and more. Conditions and symptoms such as autism, ADHD, OCD, TBI/concussion, anxiety, depression, Parkinson's disease, neurological autoimmune disorders, Alzheimer's, cognitive decline, dementia, brain fog, fatigue, insomnia, chronic pain, and poor memory are associated with poor brain health. Poor brain health reduces quality of life and can lead to an increased risk of dementia later in life. It is important to address early, but it is never too late.
Can you help me manage ______(fill in the blank with your symptom or condition)? The answer is probably yes. When you address the body as a whole, identify, and address patterns of root causes we tend to see many areas improve.
Shouldn't I see a Health Coach that specializes in just my condition? Not necessarily, the same underlying chronic inflammation can present as different symptoms and conditions in different people. If we first support your general health by addressing sleep, stress, diet, exercise, and toxin reduction we often see a dramatic improvement in your quality of life and symptoms. From there, we can dig deeper into the specific issues that need addressed. I do have specific training in many areas and will help you find resources for areas outside of my expertise. It is important to always address the body as a whole and not get hyperspecialized, or we may miss the big picture.
